With my sensitive and overly fussy skin, I’m no stranger to in house procedures. I’ve tried it all from microdermabrasions, peels and extractions. And by far my favorite was microderms. A semi quick process that that uses tiny exfoliating crystals to help remove the superficial layer of your skin. It never stung as much as peels did and never had the pain that sometimes extractions can bring.
Unfortunately they were not so kind to my paycheck. One treatment alone cost me nothing short of $90 and even buying a pack only cut the individual cost to right around $80. So the Personal Micro Dermabrasion – PMD – tools have always been on my radar.
I’m happily working with PMD these next two months to show off how effective their at home device is to use. I think the savings would blow you away on their own, but it’s the results that have me most excited.
I’ve used this little guy twice and I already can’t wait to show you my results.
That’s right. I’ll be sharing my makeup less results with you. A sentence that makes this acne prone girl shudder, but none the less proof that this tool really does work.
PMD Pro combines their patented spinning disk with oxide crystals along with suction for increased circulation to target skin issues on more than one front. Once the surface layer is removed the skin is able to absorb more products, making skincare up to 20x more effective.
Keep in mind microdermabrasion isn’t just for the acne prone ladies. Since it works to remove the superficial layer of the skin with suction + exfoliating crystals, it’s one of the best ways to rid of unwanted age spots and fine lines. PMD promotes some fairly shocking before and afters, ranging from smoother clearer skin to brighter firmer skin. Even though I’m only a couple uses in I can honestly say I think my own difference will be just as big.
Quick math shows that the PMD tool is worth the purchase. But I’m hoping it’s the results that really blow you away.
