The Habits That Helped Improve My Sleep

  • I love my lavender pillow spray 🙂

  • I like to scent the room with lavender and it calms me down to sleep. I also have a small evening routine of moisturising! I take vitamin D3 supplements, especially during the winter to keep me more energised and I have a wake-up light that mimics sunrise which really helps me with waking up!


  • I love having a bedtime routine, it definitely helps me to get off a lot easier. I also like to have a little bit of noise whilst I sleep xo

  • I also struggle with getting a good nights sleep. I use a small fan for white noise but I’ve just downloaded the app you suggested as well. Where did you buy your lamp? I could use one at work!
